This measures group is to be reported for patients aged 18 years and older with a specific diagnosis of IVD accompanied by a specific patient encounter OR patients aged 18 years and older with a coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) or percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) surgical procedure.

PQRS Group Measures:

#203. Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL-C) Control

#204. Use of Aspirin or Another Antithrombotic
