Hepatitis C

This measures group is to be reported for patients aged 18 years and older with a specific diagnosis of chronic hepatitis C (ICD9 070.54) receiving office or other outpatient services (for new and established patient: 99201, 99202, 99203, 99204, 99205, 99212, 99213, 99214, 99215). Some measures in the Hepatitis C Measures Group apply only to a subset of these patients (eg, measure applies to female patients aged 18 through 44 years and all men aged 18 years and older).
