PQRS Registry Reporting Options

MDinteractive offers all PQRS Registry-based reporting options.

A. Measures Group:

1. Reporting of one PQRS measures group for 30 patients (patients must be exclusively Medicare patients) (12 months)
2. Reporting of one PQRS measures group for 80 percent of applicable Medicare Part B FFS patients of each eligible professional (with a minimum of 15 patients) (12 months)
3. Reporting of one PQRS measures group for 80 percent of applicable Medicare Part B FFS patients of each eligible professional (with a minimum of 8 patients) (6 months: 7/1/2011-12/31/2011)

B. Individual Measures:

1. Reporting of at least 3 individual PQRS measures for 80 percent of applicable Medicare Part B FFS patients of each eligible professional (12 months)
2. Reporting of at least 3 individual PQRS measures for 80 percent of applicable Medicare Part B FFS patients of each eligible professional (6 months: 7/1/2011-12/31/2011)
