MDinteractive is a Medicare qualified disease registry. Using MDinteractive, providers can submit PQRS data to Medicare and earn a bonus payment of 1% above the regular Medicare Fee charges. In 2010, $234 million was paid to the 119,804 health professionals participating in the PQRS program. The average bonus payments were $1,956 per eligible professional and $18,525 per practice.

CMS also paid 48,354 physicians and other eligible professionals $148 million under the ePrescribing Incentive Program. The average bonus payments were over $3,000 per physician and $14,501 per practice.
